New Reformation Parrot Mini Dress in Floral Telegraph Print

Reformation "Parrot" Dress. Very pretty, off the shoulder mini dress, with buttons on the front and elastic sewn into the shoulders for a comfortable fit. This dress is brand new with the tag attached (safety pinned, as that is how OG Reformation used to do it). This dress is from the early oughts of Ref, when they made limited edition dresses in their LA factory, before they started mass producing. The quality is impeccable, and frankly, a lot better than their current quality. I bought this and never wore it, as it was sadly too small for me, and I held onto it, hoping it would eventually fit. Doing a big closet clean out, and this has been sitting unworn for far too long. I want it to get some use! Please feel free to ask any questions! Would work well for a small or extra small, or even a size medium with a small waist! Seems like a viscose type fabric.
