New Sarah Louise Baby Girls Pink Polka Dot Smocked Dress

This is a beautiful pink and cream polka dotted Sarah Louise dress. The dark pink, light pink, and khaki dots are all on a winter white background. The neckline is gathered and smocked and has lace detailing. It buttons from the waist up in the back. The skirt is lined and very full.
