New Shein Curve houndstooth trench coat

This is a brand new unlined pink/white, houndstooth print, dropped shoulder, long-sleeved, button-down trench coat from Shein Curve. Button cuffs, front flap pockets, but no side pockets. Fabirc is 100% polyester that feels like a flannelette on the outside, but it's stiffer than regular flannel with a tiny bit of sideways stretch. Size 4X which is usually a US size 2x. I wear a 2x or size 18, 20, or 22, and it's at least a whole size too big for me everywhere. I had such high hopes for this jacket. I can sew and I was going add side pockets and wear it over all my maxi dresses (like pink floral one also for sale in my Poshmark site), but I'm not going take it all apart to size it down that much. Measurements fully buttoned are chest 57" (pit to pit), hip 64", back length 50" (from top of collar), sleeve length 21", upper sleeve circumference 20".
