New Silk Tunic Beautiful Asian Theme

New with the tag holes and extra buttons but without paper tags. Label says small but it runs big, closer to a medium. On mannequin it is about 28 inches long from shoulder and about 21 inches so across front, sleeves about 22 inches long. Will fit at least a 36 inch bust.
