New Simply Spring floral tote

New and never worn Simply Spring floral tote. This has the tag and it has never been worn. It does show a small marking on the bottom of the bag, which came like this. See pictures. It is a large and roomy tote and snaps at the top. It measures approximately 19 inches across, approximately 15 inches top to bottom not including the straps and a handle drop of approximately 9 inches. Reasonable offers welcome.
