New Skirt India

Fitted, pleated style drawstring waist Chaniya (skirt) made in India. The tag shows size 28, which equates to US size 7-8 years old. The skirt is lined, the the overlay is a net material, the waist & hem have beautiful brocade & gold embroidery in Red, green, purple, gold & cream. Photos do not due justice, it is simply beautiful. Laying flat it measures 15" across waist, drawstring allows for smaller waist, has side zipper. The length is 28".
