New Small White Windsor Pencil Skirt

This skirt is really cute I wish I didn’t have to give it away but it is a little too small for me. It is stretchy though with a nice zipper in the back. Sorry if the pictures weren’t that great, the lighting in my attic didn’t do the skirt justice. The mannequin wearing it is probably around 6 ft and a size 4-I’m not sure I got her when The Limited was going out of business. I knew she’d come in handy. Comment if you have any questions!
