New Soprano Black Floral Ruffle Printed Midi Dress

Hi-low style. New without tag. Posted pic of details from website. Super cute but I am only 5’0 and realized I have too many black floral dresses and haven’t had a chance to wear this. Has a silky shorter lined slip inside that starts at waist. Pretty black and mauve and cream florals. Tie/wrap style that ties on the side. Armpit to armpit laying flat 17.5” Smallest part of waist straight across is about 11” but is also stretchy elastic.
