High quality thick material, fully lined and is constructed like couture. Evening or cocktail dress, perfect with a variety of heels and coats. I bought this from Macys several years ago, so XOXO definitely doesn’t make these anymore. Never worn, with tags. It is meant to be a strapless style but has flimsy helper spaghetti straps that you can tuck in or wear if you want. They are adjustable. Material hugs, but is not stretchy, so please use measurements: 19” across back. 17” across waist. 20” across hips. Hidden zipper.
