annahotch @katevo_ I am sorry, I somehow missed your message. I would consider this a medium weight coat. It is warm but it is not a “puffer” coat and is not down filled so it’s not a sub zero type coat. I typically wear a size 6 in clothes and it is not tight so I’m sure a sweater underneath would be fine. Thank you for your interest! 😀
