sjtowell1000 That bag should’ve gone for a much higher price point well over $200-$300. The reason I discounted the bag is because I am moving and I have so many bags. I just need to get them sold. I don’t want to move them. Miller typically does not have a tag, and when you buy Tory Burch bags and I have a lot, the linings will vary.

mbdasilva @sjtowell1000 sorry for bothering you again but I took this bag to Tory Burch and unfortunately it’s NOT authentic. I compared to the exact same ones at the store and you can see there’s a big difference. The people that work there said that definitely it’s not authentic. You can even compare the logo hanging, all crooked and with defects, too bad I already accepted and can’t return anymore but that’s not right! :(

sjtowell1000 @mbdasilva this is hard for me to understand. As I would not have sold a fake handbag. Yes, I would like to have my bag back. I can send you the money to send it back to me as I purchases as a new Tory Burch handbag and now I’m out even more money, so this is not right!

sjtowell1000 PLEASE send back my TB bag!! I would never have bought a fake Tory Burch bag. I almost did not even post a bag as I liked it. I just had not used it. That’s why the price point was what I sold it for. I just wanted to clean out my closet. I don’t post things to make a living off of it, but I would love to have my bag back.

sjtowell1000 I have submitted a customer claim to Posh Mark I will not stand for this. This is not right on any level. I want my bag back. I am very upset. I sold a brand new Tory Burch bag for $80? I should not have sold the bag, but I assure you it was authentic the last two bags that were just like this. I sold for 195 and 250. Posh Mark has been contacted. I will not let this go.

mbdasilva @sjtowell1000 ma’am, I am not saying that you knew it was fake and tried selling it, I am just saying that whoever you bought from lied to you. I don’t know how we’re going to do this because I bought 2 bags together and I don’t have the red one anymore.

sjtowell1000 @mbdasilva OK. This makes sense. You bought my bags at a discount to profit from. There again this is not my problem. You have to understand. I sold the bag solely to clean out my closet. I don’t capitalize on what I sell if you don’t want my bag, I want my bag back. if I have to get a lawsuit involved with Posh Mark I will. I did not sell the bag knowing I sold a fake bag. I have contacted Posh Mark it’s in their court.
