New! The Chivery Keep Calm Boardshorts Size 31

New, never worn, in original packaging (there were no tags, just the bag they came in). 4-way stretch, quickdry fabric. They are listed as men's but they can be considered unisex (I prefer the longer lengths that men's offers). They are a size 31 but I can't get them over my hips so I can't wear them. I purchased them last summer and forgot to return them.
