As an educator and a makeup artist who is passionate about her career and this industry, I felt the need to build upon my glossary of film and television terms that I have been compiling throughout my 30- year career. Most recently I have added some common pop culture terms as well as print, fashion, and retail terms. The more forums that I participate in on the Internet, and the more I lecture at events and in brick and mortar classrooms, the more I realize how necessary a tool this is. As a working professional it is so important to speak the language you work in.
