New Tie-dye Puff Shoulder Fashion Sweatshirt

This top is from the Target Knox Rose brand. I bought the wrong size and never exchanged it and it's just too big. Never been worn, but does not have the tags still on. Lightweight sweatshirt and really soft, 57% cotton, 38% recycled polyester, 5% spandex. Base color is heather cream with mauve, pink, and green tie-dye.
