New Tight Charcoal Dress

This dress is a thick cloth charcoal dress. I am 5’1 and 132 lbs and this dress is too tight for me, but might be perfect for petites or XS. It sits about 4 inches below the knee for me. There is a slit on the back of the dress in the middle about 1 foot long. This dress is new, has never been worn out and still has the tag. 60% Polyester, 35% cotton, 5% spandex.
