New Topshop floral wrap dress

This is a wrap dress with the perfect fit. Low cut with ruffles along the collar. The fabric is very light with a bit of texture (shown in pictures) Easily wrap and fit the dress to any silhouette with a tie around that slides into a slit on the side of the dress and through a loop on the other side (shown in pictures). This is a brand new dress, I took the tags off but have never worn it out of the house.
