New Vintage Badgley Mischka Floral Print 3/4 sleeve flowing dress. Size Medium

New with tags, vintage, Badgley Mischka floral pattern, 3/4 length sleeve dress. I cannot find this dress anywhere on the internet. It was purchased between 1990-2000’s. It has a see through polyester floral pattern outerlay with a flowy plunging neckline that can also be stretched out onto shoulders as pictured. As seen in photos. The underlay is a white silk with tank top style top and flowing bottom. There is an attached belt. I attached similar dresses I was able to find as comparables on the internet.
