New WHBM white chevron sequin dress in perfect condition

This dress is really cute. It is two layers, a sheer layer and a more opaque layer. It is lightweight and seems very comfortable. The back neck scoops lower than the front. The material is stretchy. All the sequins appear to be intact. I have never worn this dress and I purchased it new from WHBM.
