New White floral off the shoulder dress boutique

New White floral off the shoulder dress with band at top of waist. It is a bit sheer so great for vacation and swim suits or wear nude undergarments or a slip. Also tag says large but it’s more of a medium - best for smaller torso and thinner arms. (I loved picture of it but it’s too tight for my broad athletic torso)
