What are the measurements?

@petitewhich hi! The waist is elastic -- side to side 14 inches. Pit to pit 19 inches. Should to the bottom of the skirt: 52 inches.

@petitewhich 100% polyester. The washing instructions are to turn inside out, gentle wash and line dry. There's a navy lining under the metallic outer fabric, so it has some weight to it and is flowy. The sleeves do not have the navy lining. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks!
