New with tags light blue and white striped shirt dress with exaggerated cuffs. Super cute and casual shirt dress with pockets at the bust and on the sides. The large white cuffs have one button each that can easily be undone to fold back the sleeves. Fully functioning covered buttons down the front of the dress. The hem is rounded and hangs slightly longer in the back. I would say this dress is knee length. Although this dress is a 100% polyester it definitely feels more like cotton.
