ririthings This buyer placed the order and when she received it, she send me a message that even tho the coat is beautiful, it’s not thick enough for her, she wants me to issue a return. But first I have no where to issue a return from my end, there’s no button. Rather contacting me, she should read through the policy that all items are final sale, if the buyer has issues that the item is not as discribed, she can contact the customer service from her end.

ririthings I don’t know if she contacted the customer service, when the order marked completed, she changed her statement and leave a bad review that the item is not as described rather than “it’s not thicker for her”. Who knows how thick enough the coat should be to satisfy her?

ririthings I hope the platform can deal with this situation. I took so much time for packaging and sending the item out, and in return, got a bad review and got blamed because the buyer regrets to pay and not reading the return policy carefully. The attachment is how she describes the coat when she received it, “beautiful but not thick enough. “ I guess her changing the statement to “not as described “ can make this complaint more reasonable. Bad buyer ruins the selling experience.
