New Women's Navy Blue Van Heusen Pencil Skirt (Size 4)

This navy pencil skirt is brand new, with the tags attached. It comes in a size 4, but runs large and can easily fit a size 6. The skirt offers a back slit for ease of movement (currently sewn closed as pictured). The bottom hem comes down below the knee on petites (5'4" and shorter), right above knee for taller frames.
