mkz_wang Hello, what are the bust and waist measurements of this dress? Could it fit someone who is usually a 34a sometimes a 34b and has about a 27-28" waist?

tracy0712 @mkz_wang size chart says 26 and a half waist. 34 bust 37 hips. All sizes approximate.
