Can you tell me the total length? Does it have spaghetti straps. I am 5’4. I realize it’s a mini but where do you think this would hit me?

@tammybush69 This length is 26 inches long. There are no straps but there is a rubber type band at the top of the dress so it stays in place and does not slide. I am 5'7 so I think this would fall quite nice on your height.
