New York City Design Co. Women's Champagne Colored Floral Print Silk Empire Waist Blouse. Lovely, sexy, stylish silk blouse with deep v-neck crossover neckline, empire waist, bell sleeves, and side slits. Approximately 20" from pit to pit, and about 27" from shoulder to bottom hem. Very flowy and soft fabrication, but no with no stretch. Roomy enough to wear a camisole underneath if needed. Note the small area under bust where outer stitch popped a bit, as shown in photo. There is no hole and it is not really noticeable, but it would be easily repairable if desired. I just do not have those skills :)
