Tailored cropped bottoms, size 10. Leg length 38 inch, elastic waist with fabric tie belt. Width 17 inch. The bottom of the leg is finished with a 2 inch cuff with a button design, and the front seam is stitched to keep that elegant look. Tags removed but never worn as incorrect size.
