New York & Company Black Satin Skirt, size XL. 18 inches across at waist. Flat front with elastic back. This fits size 16-20 probably. it's 32 inches from waist to hem, so can be midi or maxi depending on height. I'm 5'8" and it was midcalf on me. The material is 97% polyester and 3% spandex and has a nice weight and shine, and moves prettily. There is very minor wear at the waist from a belt, as shown in last photo. Only worn twice.
