chrissy112131 @shaunleandra I’m measuring 35” from shoulder down. I took measurements for you going straight across dress and I measured about 18” at chest and about 17” across at waist. However I would rather give you the exact measurements from the NY & Co size chart for size medium: Waist is 29-30” and Chest is 36.5-37.5” Personally I think it runs a tad on the big side. I hope this helps!!
