New York & Co Tie Top

This top opens all the way up. When you close it, you can tie the ties any way you want. On the right, on the left, in the center, you decide! It has ruffles sleeves. It is adorable and slimming. Only worn once on my wedding day. Small pink mark on it (pictured). You can’t even notice it unless you search for it. The back is longer than the front, making it perfect to wear with leggings.
