Hi, this is very pretty. I see that the band under the bus is Velva and beaded but is it doing something else? Like is it gathered it looks so bumpy and I can’t tell why not bumpy from bees but bumpy from like puckers or Beaus or something that three dimensional.

@kathykat5 i’m just strictly talking about the band that has the beads the dark band it almost looks like a strip of Velcro on top of the other half of Velcro like it looks like it’s sticking out that far is there anyway you can get a close-up picture of just the band so I can see what’s happening there😄ridiculous I know, but I just cannot tell what is going on. I’m making myself giggle
