New York & Co. full ruffle slip size Small

Absolutely adorable New York & Co. full ruffle slip size small. This is absolutely the perfect addition to any cute dress or skirt that is just a tad too short or that you want to add a little bit of flair underneath. I absolutely love this slip and it would fit sizes small to medium. The length of the slip is 31 inches. Two areas at the waist where the stitches have come out but it really does not affect the slip at all (see photo) otherwise excellent condition.
