New York Collection slip on black and red dress size 1X

This is a beautiful, slip on dress with an all over paisley pattern and a small V cut out in the front. The sleeves are full length and feature a D ring buckle at the ends. It does stretch for added comfort. Use it at the office, a get together or even as a wedding guest. Use a belt for added flare.
