New York & Company Black Shrug Open Front Cotton

This simple classic open-front New York & Company black wrap is also called a shrug or topper. The all cotton material is very lightweight, with 3/4 length form fitting sleeves - the perfect piece to throw on over a sleeveless dress or sundress. Very flattering fit, and sized like a small or medium. VGUC (very good used condition); as shown, some stitching is missing on one cuff.
