New York & Company Dress

New York & Co, Eva Mendes This dress is beautiful but my chest is too small. I am a little smaller than a B Cup. I paid to get it dry cleaned. So it is ready to wear. Can be worn with or without straps. Personally I think the straps aren’t the best but I will include them if you choose to attach them. They are adjustable straps. In the photo where I show how the strap attaches, you can see how inside the dress has that rubbery kind of stuff that helps hold dresses up when you wear without straps. The sides have a boning and the top is sweetheart cut. Please see measurements, I measured top, waist and length.
