New York & Company Floral Blouse

This is a New York & Company cold shoulder blouse. It features a silver chain on the neckline that is in beautiful condition. It has a black and pink floral design and a 3/4 sleeve. I wore this twice, it has no flaws. The fit is very nice. It's a size small but has a blousy feel in the central part of the top, and the cold shoulder sleeves are fitted at the elbow. It's very flattering, I got many compliments on this top.
