New York & Company NY&Co Smocked Strapless Ruffle Maxi Dress XL NWT!

Brand new with tags New York & Company Strapless Maxi Dress with beautiful vertical watercolor stripes, a smocked bodice and ruffled skirt, fully lined, size XL. I’m 5’7” and this comes all the way to my toes on me. The fit is pretty generous and the bodice is very stretchy, so it would fit an 18/20 perfectly. I work in Europe most of the year and order stuff while I’m over there and oftentimes when I finally get back here to open and try stuff on, it’s past when I can send it back. Thus, a brand new, never worn dress (only tried on) for someone else to enjoy now. 😅 It’s gorgeous and fit well, but not for me after all.
