New York & Company Pink Pencil Skirt

Brand new, still with the tags, this NY&C pink pencil skirt has a flat waist, back darts, back hem vent, and back seam invisible zipper. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Care is machine was cold, tumble dry low. There is one very small discoloration on the back-so small that I could not capture it in a picture.
