The heels are approximately 3.5 inches tall, and boots are about 9.5 inches tall. Laces have pom-poms at the end and cannot be removed from booties as a result. The laces are quite long and can be easily adjusted while on the boots, with ample room to insert foot. There are no zippers on these booties. Excellent used condition - only wore a few times in an office environment. These have never been worn outside. All of my items are from a smoke free home and have been lovingly cared for.
