3/4 sleeve black v-neck wrap blouse. Size says xs but runs a little big, fits like a S and flaters a shorter torso. Blouse material is slightly stiff. Black is a true black. Blouse in great condition, no issues. Blouse measures 21 inches shoulder to hem and has a 17 inch sleeve.
