New York & Company White Blouse Top SZ 4 Pre-Owned with removable Straps

Women’s White New York & Company Blouse Top Size (4), basically new. I bought this over 15 years ago from the MOA in Minnesota. I tried this on at home and I couldn’t zip it up. I’m a 36dd. When I bought this I was about 110 pounds so if your small like that but with C or D this should fit or smaller I just wanted people know. There is no holes or stains it’s in excellent condition I say pre-owned due to I tried it on and removed the tag and for the next years that’s where it has been.
