New York and Company animal print blouse. The sleeves are open and flowy down the arms. There are ties at the end of the sleeves where your arms go through. Stylish look. The back of the blouse has elastic around the bottom for a flattering look. Size XL Too small for me. (Not a plus size blouse, but I added a pic of me wearing it for an idea of how it looks)
