New York and Company sheer black top. Oversized drapy size small. Asymmetrical, a little longer on one side than the other. Need a camisole or meant to be seen bralette. Sleeves have elastic band, your upper arm measurement should be 10” or smaller for the sleeve to fit properly. Content and care label removed because it shows thru. Likely polyester, I washed and hung dry with no issues.
