New York & Company blouse

Peacock colors lightweight 100% polyester thin material. I would say this runs small .never fit me when I wore large. More like a medium. When I first received this blouse I thought there was a button missing second one from top. It's made this way I later found out. Can always take the very top button move it down and make a buttonhole if you think it's to revealing. Just fine for me if I could've fit into it. Excellent condition no rips has all buttons.
