NWOT trapeze style fully lined summer dress with optional waist tie included. Pull over with button at neck and hits right above my knee and I’m 5’6”. Tried on and bought for a graduation party but didn’t wear - needs a good home. Vibrant royal blue and aqua chevron print. High quality fabric.
