New York & Company red blouse with tie neck

Can tie the neckline however you like! I’ve done it tighter to my neck and then also having it looser so it hangs down more into a more loose bow and they both look good. Such a feminine top with bows on the sleeves as well. Slight bell sleeve. Slightest stain near bottom, but I only noticed it when I laid it flat because it’s so faint and the blouse is flowy. I love this top I just work in a more casual office so I don’t really wear it anymore.
