New York & Company watch

Bought this during Christmastime and is just sitting in my closet. It’s never been worn and brand new. The sticker is still attached on the face of the watch. It comes in the box as well. I noticed there is a small scratch next to the rhinestone. It’s on the metal link which is the last picture shown. It’s not really noticeable.
