@anne_sf Hi! I just checked. It does have shoulder pads. From shoulder to shoulder, it measures to be 16-17 inches. Hope that helps!! :)

@avapan2 my shoulders are 14” wide and the widest I can go is 15”. Anything bigger than that, would look waaaay too big on me :(
