New York and Co Rare Vintage High Waisted Cutoffs

Rare vintage New York and Company/New York Jeans cutoff red shorts. High waisted. Beautiful red denim that I haven’t really seen before. My guess is 90s. A few signs of wear on the front but otherwise in great shape. Sad to let these go but red isn’t my color!
