New York and Company Dress

Size M. Royal blue color. Has sewn in tank underneath with adjustable straps. Thin and lightweight material. Silky feel to inside of dress. Overlay wrap on the front. Has sewn in side tie. Elastic around waist. Worn a couple times. Minor marks on front and back, see pictures. Front length laying flat fron tank neckline to bottom is a little over 30 inches. Back length from neckline to bottom is about 37 1/2 inches, not including collar. Good condition.
